Do I need an account to browse the repository?

No. Lite is public: search, filter, read full use case detail pages and download an individual use case PDF without registering. There is no consent gate on public browsing.

What does Pro Founding Access cost?

Nothing through 31 December 2026. It is complimentary from launch on 14 August 2026, no card required, subject to the published fair-use limits. Pricing after that date has not been set, and you will be notified in writing before any paid plan applies.

What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro gives one workspace the full journey: capture, design, score, prioritise, roadmap and export. Enterprise adds multi-workspace governance, advisory-led workshops and structured suite handoffs, and is sold through a paid Enterprise Design Partner engagement. Enterprise capabilities that are not live yet are labelled as such in the product.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite colleagues into your workspace as owner, admin, contributor, viewer or facilitator. Roles control what each person can see and change, and membership changes are written to the audit trail.

What exactly is metered?

Accepted Answer

Only AI assistance. It is metered per user and per workspace over a rolling 24-hour window; Pro Founding Access allows 60 AI requests per user and 300 per workspace per day, with a short-burst limit to stop runaway automation.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Accepted Answer

AI generation pauses until the window resets. Nothing is deleted, and everything you already created stays available. Capturing, scoring, portfolios, roadmaps and exports are not metered by these limits.

Are there upload limits?

Yes. Uploads are checked against an allowed file-type list and a maximum size, and the dialog states both before you upload. If a file is rejected, the message tells you the allowed types and size.

What can I export?

Accepted Answer

Portfolios, roadmaps, scorecards, benefits and the branded deliverables package, as PDF or CSV. Admins can additionally export request queues, pilot metrics and audit trails as CSV.

Can I share a report outside my workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through a share link. Links are authorised server-side against workspace permissions, expire, and can be revoked. Revoking stops further access through that link.

Is there a record of exports?

Yes. Every export writes a receipt with who exported what, from which workspace, and when. Workspace admins can review the export log.

Can I trust what the AI writes?

Accepted Answer

Treat it as a draft. AI assistance is decision support and must be validated by a competent human before it is used to fund, approve, procure or govern anything. Check figures, benefit claims and regulatory statements against your own sources.

Is my content used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your private workspace content is not used to train models, and we instruct providers not to. Only the fields relevant to the feature you invoked are sent, server-side.

Does AI approve anything?

No. Publishing to the public repository requires a human reviewer with an admin role, and entitlements or roles are never granted by AI.

Is my workspace content private?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by default. Every tenant row is owned by a workspace and protected by row-level security in the database, not only in the interface. Content leaves your workspace only when you publish, share, invite or approve a handoff.

Do you use tracking cookies?

No advertising or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell personal data. We use strictly necessary session storage plus first-party product analytics recorded in our own database.

How do I export or delete everything?

Export from the product at any time, or request a full copy or deletion from Help & Support or privacy@usecasesx.ai. Append-only audit events remain after deletion so a governance record cannot be rewritten; the export and deletion page explains this in full.

We do not claim any certification, audit outcome or regulatory compliance status. The privacy notice states the controls we actually apply so you can assess them yourself.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use “Request features / report bugs” in the sidebar or on Help & Support. You get a confirmation with a timestamp, and each request is triaged with a priority and status you can track.

Will I be told when my request moves?

Yes. Status changes raise an in-app notification, and the full history stays on Help & Support so nothing depends on catching the notification.

What support can I expect during Founding Access?

Best-effort support by email at support@usecasesx.ai and through the in-product request queue. There is no contractual response-time commitment during Founding Access; Enterprise Design Partner engagements agree their own.
