About & trust

Built so an AI portfolio can survive scrutiny.

UseCasesX™ is the global AI use case repository, AI Opportunity Map and AI Use Case Studio™ within the SovereignX AI Suite. It exists because most organisations can list AI ideas but cannot show how they were assessed, why they were funded, or what benefit they were expected to deliver.

What we claim, and what we don't

This page contains only statements we can evidence in the product. We do not publish client names, logos, certifications, adoption numbers or testimonials, because we are pre-launch and have none to report.

Every published use case carries provenance

Records are published only after passing a quality gate that requires a provenance label and a quality status. Both are shown on the use case page and can be filtered in the repository.

Workspace-isolated data

Every tenant row is owned by a workspace and protected by row-level security in the database, not only in the interface.

Append-only audit events

Governance-relevant actions — publishing, exporting, handoffs, membership changes — are written to an append-only audit trail.

Demonstration data is labelled and excluded

Demonstration scenarios live in labelled template workspaces, are copied into your workspace with a visible “(Sample)” suffix and template lineage, and are excluded from product metrics.

No AI provider secrets in the browser

AI requests are executed server-side. Provider credentials are never present in client code or public configuration.

Your content is exportable

Portfolios, roadmaps, scorecards and deliverables can be exported as PDF or CSV at any time from your workspace.

Where the product is today

Lite and Pro Founding Access are targeted for release on 14 August 2026. Pro Founding Access is complimentary through 31 December 2026, subject to published fair-use limits. Enterprise capability runs on the same codebase and is initially delivered through paid design partner engagements.

Some Enterprise capabilities are designed into the architecture but are not live yet. Those are listed explicitly on the Editions and Enterprise pages rather than implied.

Demonstration scenarios shown in the product are illustrative constructions, not real client case studies, and are labelled as such wherever they appear.
